This style is a combination of the clean dry finish of a lager with the big hop profile of an IPA (India Pale Ale). This beer is pale straw in colour, with white fluffy head. Aromas of watermelon, raspberry and orange peel, the beer has an assertive bitterness that cuts through and finishes dry.
