Punchy Blueberry aroma and beautiful purple colour, earthy fruity flavour
The American wheat style is a take on the traditional Belgium wheat ale, but brewed with a neutral American yeast, resulting in a cleaner wheat ale. The addition of Blueberries from Cersie Brook in St Helens give the beer an amazing colour, a fruity aroma and a well balanced earthy flavour. The beer finishes medium sweet with a subtle jammy note.
